Love this Drs office. I’ve been a patient of Dr Carmack for over 30 years. He’s an awesome Dr. Love the staff and nurses here along with all the other doctors. They’re a great bunch of people ud83dudc9c

We recently left the Lynchburg/Bedford area and these people woudn't help us AT ALL... they were RUDE, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and completely UNHELPFUL as we had to deal with relocation and some health problems along the way... THEY WOULDN'T EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE OR CONNECT US WITH OUR DOCTOR because we were in a different state... what in the world??!!!! why have a doctor if they no longer care about you when you relocate?!!!!! HORRIBLE ETIQUETTE, STANDARDS, AND CARE.... TERRIBLE. JUST TERRIBLE.

Dr. Paulus has been my doctor, and most of my family's doctor for years now. I love him and his staff, specifically Savannah. They're incredibly kind and professional and respond to messages promptly. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Great Dr. Office

Dr Paulus has been my primary physician for some time now. He’s extremely helpful and kept searching for ways to treat my migraines until he found a medication that worked! I never have a problem getting an appointment and the staff couldn’t be nicer! I am extremely happy with all of them!
