The staff is great. However, I would caution you about seeing Dr . Norton. I have seen her a number of times and probably 90% of the time she does not do what I had scheduled the appointment to get done. For instance, I was told on my last visit that they were going to work on crowns for two of my teeth on the visit But when I got in the chair she looked in my mouth for a minute and then start discussing different things that she wanted to do. This has happened several times. It is very frustrating to schedule time For a dental appointment and then not get the work done that you thought you were coming in for.nnWhen I finally did confront her on this issue she said I should go see one of the other dentist and was unwilling to discuss the issue with me. In fact, she actually walked away from me with the issue unresolved. So I end up not getting anything done that was supposed to be done. Definitely the most unprofessional doctor/dentist I’ve ever seen in my life. If you go to Forest Family Dentistry please make sure that you do not see her.

Very good experience. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The hygienist was very professional, courteous, and really explained things well. I liked the dentist. The best dentist visit I've had.

I had such a wonderful experience at my Dentist appointment. Dr. Norton is an upbeat wise and all around great Dentist. She gave me some very helpful advice to reduce my brushing so hard and how unnecessary it is. I appreciate all the folks at that Beautiful Clean and Safe office.
