Aspen Dental

As terrified as I am of dentists, beginning with just setting up my initial appointment, I was put totally at ease by Jordan. She was so pleasant and helpful. She made an appointment for me for just two days away. When I arrived she made the registration a total breeze. The x-ray technician (I failed to get her name) was extremely friendly and efficient. Dr. Banks was excellent! He was kind, gentle and very informative - I wasn't afraid at all. I would recommend everybody to visit Aspen Dental in Lynchburg, VA !

Aspen Dental associates were very sweet and patient even though the evening of my appointment was short staffed and chaotic. I don’t blame the staff for being short staffed as they were trying their best to get the patients in and out in a very timely and professional manner even though I had waited for over an hour to be seen. Hopefully next time they’re better staffed so they’re not rushing and exhausted. Other than that, the staff I did have interaction with always had a smile on their faces and were very polite.

My husband started having severe pain in October. We went to a now care clinic who recommended he be seen immediately by a dentist. I called Aspen as that is the only local dentist his insurance covers. They made us wait 5 months for an appointment. Ended up having to be seen in a now care 2 more times to help with infection while we waited. Now that he has finally been seen, they have quoted him $4,000 worth of dental cleanings and repairs that DO NOT EVEN INCLUDE the tooth that is causing him pain. When I went in to ask for clarification and explain our circumstance I find out they have talked him into signing up for a dental credit card. When I explained my husband does not understand credit or legal information the receptionist wanted to argue over what she believed he could comprehend. I have never in my life had a stranger who spent 30 minutes with my husband try to say she knows him better than I do. I am so livid right now. They will never see a dime from me or him! I will never be back and I intend to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

Took my son to see them yesterday morning. Everyone there was exceptionally nice. The dentist he saw was amazing. I can not remember the gentleman's name, but he was so good with my son! Would love to keep him as my kids dentist but they are too far away unfortunately. But given that, they did everything they could for me to try to find a local to me dentist for my kids. These people are wonderful and I will highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new dentist.

My experience with Aspen Dental has always been a pleasure they are the kindest sweetest people making you feel so welcome at all times I love Aspen Dental I would recommend anybody to go there
