Augusta Valley Animal Hospital has always provided us with top notch services! Staff are incredibly friendly and professional and are so sweet with our rescue dog. We have seen several different veterinarians in this office and all have been knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Technicians, assistants and support staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Appointment scheduling is easy and readily available and the PAW Plans are awesome options especially with older pets with more needs. We cannot recommend this facility enough!!!

I had a great visit with Dr. Robertson (ultimate professional and very caring about my kitty). My initial quote for service was high, so I let the vet tech know and she made sure that I had the chance for a consult. I walked through the need with Dr Robertson and reduced the bill by 50%, still feel like we got the service we needed. Do make sure you understand all of the tests and what they will indicate for treatment. My kitty was totally unstressed afterwards, which means she was treated like the princess she is!

I have always had a good experience at Augusta Valley animal hospital. Dr. Knabe is outstanding. I was veterinarians take the time to talk to you explain exactly what is going on. It was difficult for me moving into the area and having to change veterinarians after 30 years. Augusta Valley animal hospital made it seamless. Everyone at Augusta Valley has always cared for my animals as they are part of their own family. I know I am placing my fur babies in god hands with them. They are professional but always have such a warm and caring touch with both my animals and me.
