Virginia Retina Consultants

My Daugther was diagnosed with ODD several years ago...we was referred to Virginia Retina Consultants after visiting the ER and our first stop with a specialist in Harrisonburg.nWe book these appointments a year in advance. We had a appointment Friday October 16th @ 145pm-we arrive at the office, door is locked...we call the number listed on the door and are told they have absolutely no record of her appointment at all!nMind you again these are made a year in advance and are extremely important!nWe are rescheduled for Friday November 6th at 120pm.nToday (Thursday November 5th) at 230pm I get a phone call from them stating Dr Meyers is in Culpepper tomorrow and that we have to reschedule our appointment again for the 3rd time.nNeedless to say I have lost all respect for this office and honestly not sure if I even feel comfortable bringing my child to them with such a serious issue that needs to be monitored.nThis is someone’s eye sight and if you cannot read a computer that sets right in front of your face to schedule individuals maybe you should find a new career!nI will be reaching back out to my daughters family eye doctor for a new recommendation. I do not care how far I have to drive...but having dependability is a huge factor to me.
