UVA Stuarts Draft Family Practice

Would’ve given half or no star if those were applicable!... THEY ARE SOME UNREASONABLE SCAMMERS!... went to get a covid test done for the Sole purpose of travel. Went into the room to the doctor who was administering the test, he asked if I was experiencing any symptoms which I responded No! I only had a mild headache from working hard on overtime. He started checking my ears, throat breathing, etc., I asked if all of this was necessary for a covid test, he said he had to make sure that my headache was not a result of covid. I got the test done and left. A month later I discovered that I am being billed for an office visit for an headache and my insurance had already been billed for same. I called to enquire and to get this bill voided, to no avail, they refused to acknowledge that there was an error on their part so now I, the patient, have to pay for their error. There’s nothing I can do about it, than to just pay it and not have it mess up my credit.

The FNP and Barbara were exceptional. Barbara, a Medical Assistant, was the highest quality I have ever had draw blood and give me a flu shot. Overall great experience.

Needs to be some type of memorial in the waiting area for Dr and Mrs. FORBES. It appears you don't care. They made that practice.

Wonderful experience. They helped my dad and me here for health check ups and health problems in the past.nnNow I'm still visiting Stuarts Draft Family Practice for my health check ups and to make sure I'm doing alright.
