Terrible at returning and answering phone calls. No matter what time of day you call, it seems that no one ever answers the phone. They are quick to recommend MyChart for correspondence but never bother to read your message or respond to it. I had a prescription refill request sent to the office and they denied it with no explanation to the pharmacy. I had to call, wait several days for a response, until I finally had to call again and luckily got through in order to get an answer. During visits with the doctor, I felt rushed and spent on average 10-15 minutes with the doctor before he left.

I liked my care while there for my appt, but today they called an hour before my husbands appt and canceled on us after he had already taken half the day off. We are losing money because of them having to reschedule. They also failed to save the updated phone numbers I gave them and called my parents number in attempt to reach me. They also never answer the phones, you have to keep calling over and over to get through. Poor customer service.

We are new to the area and found Dr. John Reed and Augusta Health Primary Care through an online search! We are very pleased with the care and attention we have gotten from Dr. Reed, and with the follow up provided by his staff. Dr. Reed focuses on lifestyle changes, instead of drugs, to improve health. I really appreciate that and now I'm working to make the differences in my life that he has suggested. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Reed and Augusta Health Primary Care.
