Thanks Crumbl for your generosity! I was looking for a way to thank the teachers at our school and they graciously donated some cookies. Now our teachers have a yummy treat to look forward to!
I've been here multiple times and every visit is great. Employees are nice and aware of when you walk in, even to the point that at least one employee has called out a greeting as I entered. I haven't yet found a flavor of cookie I don't like. This last visit we got a box that had the waffle, s'mores, chilled sour patch watermelon sugar cookie, and peach cobbler. I see why there's almost a cult following for the waffle. It's delicious and comes with a side of syrup, because, you know, more sugar! Peach cobbler was also a delight. The other ones were good too, but definitely liked the first two better.
Very fun staff and amazing cookies! The only issue I have is that their regular chocolate chip cookie is not worth it. Their specialty cookies are amazing, in particular I love the cinnamon swirl, cream cheese cookie and cream, and the mud cake. Amazing specialty cookies, mediocre regular cookies, which is disappointing considering they're pretty expensive for cookies. Overall a great place to eat.
Not a safe environment given COVID. They have a new touch screen "select your order and pay" but there is no hand sanitizer or wipes for between uses. Our county is in the orange. Come on people. I am so disappointed with Crumbl Cookie and their management who thought this was a good idea.
Having said that, the floor staff were great. A gentleman wiped the screen for us when expressed that we were uncomfortable. They have amazing floor staff. Totally not their fault.
But.... they only did that because I was bold enough to ask. People are touching the same screen and spreading germs. Not everyone cares or is brave enough to speak up like I was.
Mmm delicious. The staff was just as sweet as the cookies!
