Willis & Associates Family Dentistry

This place is nothing short of a disaster, all three of the dental assistants that are either married and or have a boyfriend were hitting on my husband in front of me and Julia calling me a sidekick to him but they also did such a poor job on his temporaries and crowns that the inner tooth was exposed causing horrible heart palpitations, almost killing him and causing restless nights after every time he had dental work done there. Also, Julia used a power drill on him and drilled a perfectly good tooth. Even better, in the state of Va, a dental assistant is not allowed to use a power drill. They even messed up the crowns and claimed they would honor them only to then claim they were fine. This is all after he spent over $10,000. Long story short, I don’t suggest ever going here.

Today was my first visit at this office and my husband and I felt very welcomed. Everyone spoke to us and thanked us for our visit today. The office is very clean and well organized. The environment is welcoming and I felt like I was at home. There was a child there with us during the visit and they were very patient with her let her take her time and gave lots of encouragement and toys.

I had my initial appointment this morning. They answered the phone immediately when I arrived. They took my temperature and handing me my paper work. Once I finished the paperwork, I called and was taken back after the call. Connie cleaned my teeth. I've never had a better experience getting my teeth cleaned (I didn't feel a thing). She walked me through every step and explained anything that I didn't understand. The main dentist arrived shortly after the cleaning and he was just as professional as the rest of the staff. My first experience was great, I'd like to see them again and that's rare for me.

It’s a complete shame people have to hide behind a phone/computer to bash people for nothing. I have personally never been a patient of this facility, however I have been helped by them directing me to exactly what was needed for me! I also happen to know a few employees who work here, very well & they are nothing short of the most respectful, caring people. I’m so appreciative for their help & will forever recommend them!

I am new to the area and one of my teeth needed immediate care. I can honestly say Willis Family Dentistry staff is the best I have seen in motion across the East Coast. My husband and I have relocated numerous times and this company by far exceeds the norm in friendly, accommodating customer service and dental care. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish and typically no one enjoys going to the dentist! I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking superb dentistry.
