Willis & Associates Family Dentistry

I haven’t been able to go to the dentist in a very long time, and the staff there made me feel very comfortable and they weren’t judgmental at all. They talked me through everything that I may need done in the future without making it sound overwhelming or scary which I greatly appreciated. Everyone I spoke to was very respectful and kind, and they even let me sit inside while I waited for my ride to pick me up, instead of making me stand out in the cold weather. If you want a comfortable experience going to a dentist, I would definitely recommend :)

5 stars does not do this business justice! A new customer with severe tooth pain and they brought me in that very afternoon to the office. Did an x-ray and some testing and sent me to Harrisonburg to have a root canal at Cardinal. After visiting Cardinal it was further determined that my tooth was cracked and the tooth needed to be extracted. Called Willis Dentistry back and they not only scheduled me for the next morning, but started before hours and had me in the chair by 7:30AM.nnAll of the Staff are all very friendly with customer service clearly their highest priority. They explained everything to me including the insurance and what to expect throughout the procedure. Dr. Brian Podbesek clearly knows what he is doing and as he went through the extraction process he explained everything as it was happening and prepared me for each action that may cause discomfort. There was very little pain throughout the experience and as someone who grew up through some traumatic dental office experiences, they eased all of that anxiety. If you have any such concerns with dental procedures, this is definitely a good place to help you get more comfortable in the chair.

Dr. Brian has been excellent with our 5 year old. He's professional, quick and can engage well with kids. Wonderful experience!

Dr. Brian is the easiest handed dentist Iv ever met! he is so gentle and kind and talks you through the procedure! The office is so calm and supportive. Willis Denistry is a place of comfort. highly recommend to check it out.

I am terrified of Dentist due to a bad experience years ago. As soon as I arrived at Willis & Associates I was put at ease. They listened to my concerns and proceeded to work on my mouth with gentle care. Thank you for the great care and attention to detail.
