Augusta County Disposal

They rarely pick our trash up and when they do the driver has fun destroying our road. Last time it cost $250 to fill the holes he left.nWhen I called on that I was told that the driver is immature but he is the owners son so there is nothing they can do about it. So when I canceled she said I owe money and then got mad when I said we should put that money towards the road. Then she hung up on me when I told her she wasn't acting business like.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and calls the customer a liar to save their own behinds. Tried multiple times to have bulk items removed and employees gave wrong information multiple times, neglected to input work orders, and then called me a liar and said I didn’t do what I was supposed to so they decided to leave the items for WEEKS. ultimately had to h e another company remove the items after 5+ phone calls, two work order attempts, and being repeatedly called a liar. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I called Augusta County Disposal yesterday to take care of the bill for services. I made a payment online and was calling to check the balance and discuss making another payment with them. Edna Hunter is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Her tone when speaking with clients is unreal, her foul language is unacceptable, and her heartlessness is real. I made a payment for the balance same day online and attempted to call and get my account number. She yelled on the phone stating profanity and hung up the phone on me. I called back again and she wouldn’t answer. I waited hours and called back again to clarify payment was received online since she would clarify account number nor even take my payment over the phone. I called from my work number and magically someone else answered. SHE provided me answers, clarification on my payment, and advisement on when services would occur. Edna needs to step back from the phones and/or service as she doesn’t know how to handle her clients with respect and dignity.

I called them in september asking to stop the service and take the can away. I told them I stoped touching the can and have not put anything in it since September.nHere it is almost Thanksgiving and I can't get anyone on the phone, they sent me another bill, and I am tired of looking at that green can in my yard. I wish they would do their job....nIt's a good service when you actually want them to help with your trash, but when you don't require their services, I hope you have better luck than I!

Avoid!!! Always claimed they never received my payment even though I had receipts but called me a liar, the lady on the phone is rude and they don't care about customers at all!
