Crossroads

Everybody at the facility is pretty cool, always professional and sincerely care about every patients recovery and general well-being. The only issue that I have is there's no way to contact anyone in the office directly. One example for instance is that the pharmacy I use recently changed their policy regarding the number of suboxone that can be kept on stock, and they didn't have enough for my script and wouldn't have any more for 3 days, and the nearest pharmacy branch was over 10 miles away. I found another pharmacy that would fill them but required my Dr to phone in a brand new script. I called the 800 number, explained my situation and they said they would take care of it and it would be called in in a couple hours and to check back if it wasn't called in to the pharmacy. A few hours passed and no script was called in so I checked back and the new person I was speaking with had no idea what I was talking about, even after explaining the entire situation a couple different times. So I said screw it, I'd rather drive further away than risk not having my script filled, and to inform the Dr not to cancel the original script. I'm pretty sure after explaining the situation a fourth time, they still couldn't quite figure out what I was talking about. Oh well, I got my script and life is good again. That's been the only issue I've had ever since starting their facility years ago.

Crossroads (ARS) has been instrumental in helping me to feel confident and maintain my sobriety. I am excited for the future for the 1st time in a long time. The doctors are always super interested in my well-being as well.

I was pleased with Crossroads. They have a Knowledgeable staff who are prepared to try and accommodate patients. And I was treated with respect, which is always nice.

I held 2 1/2 hours for a televisit with Dr Maria Bruno on 1/22. I realize there are certain things that take a little time with each patient, but 2 1/2 hours is ridiculous. I never have this problem with any of your other physicians.

I would not go anywhere else they make me feel important. And very caring. Thanks for all the support and understanding
