Kate Spade Outlet

i love this Kate Spade outlet !! I usually visit pittsburgh every other month with my husband and I always stop by this outlet , the workers are very nice and have always helped with any questions I had and I have even called by phone and ordered .. also a very clean store ud83eudd0d

The people working here are actually quite rude. The first issue I had was with a purse I had bought my mom falling apart. They proceeded to refuse help. Now here we are several months later and one of my bags was falling apart and they also refused to help me. Both bags were less than a year old. I have had really nice experiences at their other locations but this one, not so much.

Was in this store 2 weeks ago when one of the girls walked up to me and said put your mask up over your nose please loudly in front of everyone my mask was on they just don't fit perfectly and slide down alittle sometimes I also asked for a matching wallet for a purse and instead of helping me with that another girl checking out a customer also spoke loudly from across the room and said we don't have any so they lost a sale because I always buy there but will not buy from there ever again they need to be taught what KIND and COURTEOUS is!

Was not greeted or informed of any sales or promotions. Girls were rude and paid no attention . Poor customer service. There were no other customers in store. No excuse for their lack of professionalism.
