If I could give more stars I would! Love Tri Valley! Staff is wonderful, pleasant, friendly, funny! Dr Rose is amazing! Very down to earth and easy to talk to!

Ashley Stranges, CRNP, is a great provider. Very down to early and easy to talk to about your health concerns. Office staff is responsive and they have run on time.

I have never written a review on Google before, but my experience with this office has compelled me to do so. I was a patient at the Franconia office for about a year and a half. During that time, the office NEVER answered the phone when I called. It didn't matter what time of day I called or which extension (receptionist, nurse, etc.) I was trying to reach. I always had to leave a message- even to schedule an appointment. This became quite a nuisance after some time. I have never played phone tag with a doctor's office before and this is why I decided to leave this office. I find it completely unacceptable that they never answer their phones. I expressed my concern in person and through the patient portal, but nothing changed. The office is aware of the problem, but does nothing to fix it.
