(Google shows original post was 10 months prior to edit) Chili's curb side to go is great. They tell you to be there at 7:13 p.m. for pick up. It's now 7:42 and I'm still waiting on a $100+ order. Everyone that has come in after me has received their food and gone. Like I said "curbside to go" and I'm inside. 7:49 and I'm still waiting. Too bad I already paid online. I like Chili's, but this isn't worth it. Finally got my order and checked it before leaving the parking lot. The sides for my order were there, but my steak was missing. So I had to go back in... Don't mess with my steak. EDIT: 11/24/2020 -- I finally noticed that there was a response from the owner and I called and gave them my feedback, (based on my post) and they jumped right into action and they are going to send a gift card or voucher. Let's hope it's worth something decent, considering the amount I spent that night and the amount of time I spent that night. I didn't see this for 10 months and I was told they will still send a Gift card or voucher. WOW!!! Bumped up to 3 stars after the phone call. I will update again when I receive the gift card or voucher.

Despite all the memes about Chili's, the service was pretty good. We came in with a party of 25 people(excluding a cleric) and the service was still on point. Only one person in the party(the ranger) had to wait for their meal. Drinks were refreshed in a timely manner, and the tables were clean upon arrival. Due to the plauge currently afflicting the realm, we were unable to all be seated together, and thus had to split the party. Despite the party being separated, the bar maidens managed to keep the tabs organized correctly. To finish, I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to find a hot meal.

I haven't been to Chile's in years because of a bad experience we had the last time we ate there. Needed to get rid of a gift card and I pushed it off as long as I could. Let me tell you, I was glad we went. They must have updated their menus and improved their kitchens because my meal was surprisingly good. Got the Boss Burger and my wife got the smokehouse combo. Both were delivered quickly and as ordered. The servers were prompt and polite and I never needed to ask for a thing. I'll definitely be going back.

We love Chili’s, but tonight my husband was on hold for FORTY minutes waiting to put our name on the list. He never got through but we went anyway and was told that they were too busy, so the manager told them to stop answering the phone. They are at half capacity, but there were LOTS Of other tables. I don’t know if that’s common for busy restaurants, but maybe they shouldn’t just ignore people, tell them what the wait is....

We’ve always been fans of This franchise and this location doesn’t disappoint. Good food with friendly employees. The ribs were great and along with the other items we ordered. So far we haven’t gone wrong there yet.
