Located on the 2nd floor to the back, the office is big with a lot of brochures to check out. Hit or miss on the friendliness and a bit more expensive than doing it yourself but covers all bases.

To whoever that goes with them, make sure they are booking you in the right place. We were told we were staying in a place that we picked. But they actually booked us a hour outside of the city, tried to blame it on the hotel and said there was nothing they could do about it.
