I went here in a panic after spilling a glass of water on my laptop. The store was super clean and tidy looking and the team was very professional and helpful. They put the laptop in a dehydrator and cleared all of the water out before any damage set in. I had my computer up and running less than 2 hours later, just in time for a work meeting I had to get on! Super thankful this store is nearby and that they accept walk-in appointments. Highly recommend!
Took my pixel there for a screen issue. They tried to charge me for a new screen (Google said they would honor warranty repairs). I had to send the phone back to Google who confirmed it was a warranty issue. Won't ever go back
These guys are really great! I don't know if the insurance is worth it, but if you got something broken these guys fix it. I went there with a broken screen and the guys there told me how long it would take when I called when I showed up they were ready for me and reiterated the amount of time it would take. I left and went for lunch, and then came back at the appointed time and guess what they had it finished. Punctuality, good estimates, friendly courteous staff, and ready with the parts they need in stock. A great experience!
Absolutely Fantastic! My phone was cracked and unresponsive and I was told exactly what would (and could) happen to it. It was done in a timely manner and treated with care. I will recommend you to everyone who needs a great fix!
My phone had an update and got stuck in Safe Mode. Unfortunately, my phone needed to be reset to Factory Settings. Matt had helped us through this process, and explained everything in detail. He was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend UBREAKIFIX to anyone!
