I went to get acrylic nails, wait time was not bad at all. I never leave reviews but my experience was so bad. The lady I had was rushing and didn’t do anything I wanted. All my fingers had a different shape and size nail. They were not even at all, they were horrible and she kept filing my nails until they bled !!! I have never had a salon make me bleed. PLEASE do not go here. Definitely not worth it and the price is just as high as a top quality salon.
We had a reservation for 2 and they got us in at 2:25 because they were so busy. Being busy is good but if we made a reservation, we should have our reservation time slot. They did do a great job and they did a little leg scrub and parafin wax treatment!
I’ve been visiting a different nail salon every time I go, to find the one I like. This one was average but, not horrible. I would have liked more actual massage for the deluxe.
I made an appointment at 10 this morning for 12 this afternoon when I called the guy was rude but I made the appointment anyway because sometimes people have hard days but when I arrived in time for my appointment the man said he didn't have time today. I expressed to him I had an appointment and he was so aggravated he just told me to sit down. I left because I work hard for my money i don't have to get my nails done but I would like to however I don't have to deal with disrespect and I don't like to feel like I'm imposing on someone else's time when spending my money. I won't be back unfortunately.
This is the first time I came here to get a pedicure. They did a really good job- you get a wax done and a hot stone massage on your feet and legs, which I’ve never experienced before. It was really nice! The guy doing my nails was friendly, didn’t talk much but was nice. My only complaint was that the card machine was down so I had to get cash out at the bank down the street.
