I've always had a great experience here! They do a beautiful job on any manicure I've ever had. Everyone is so friendly and they do not push services on you. If you're there for a manicure they don't try to persuade you into pedicures or other services. Which I greatly appreciate! I recently wanted to try out acrylic nails to see if it was something I'd want for my wedding. They helped me find a good length and explained when I'd need to come back for a fill. I love how they came outnThis picture is from after a fill.
They are very friendly. The salon is beautiful and clean. They follow all covid 19 protocols. They listened really well to what I wanted done. I have already made my next appointment and would highly recommend this nail salon.

My mom gets amazing manis here every couple of weeks. I got a pedi that more close to a leg exfoliant. Dry rubbed me with sugar scrub before adding lotion and never rinsing for the 'massage' part which was just putting lotionon. Barely grazed my heels before giving me a messy uneven paint job. She was done with painting around the same time that my chair stopped kneading. Ohand the person before was kind enough to leave a toothpick/flosser on the chair for me. Not worth $45.
I had the BEST experience here! I’ve been to a lot of different nail places from Ware, Palmer, Warren through Brookfield and I have never found such great service! The people were so welcoming & professional. The pedicure was thorough, relaxing and very much a “spa pedicure” as they advertised! My manicurist was so great and truly listened to everything I wanted with no awkwardness like at some other places. Very very impressed and will DEFINITELY be coming back again!!
