Absolutely amazing. For starters the owner and the staff there are so kind, laid back, funny yet very professional. They offer a wide variety of services and truly know what they are doing. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted. The owner Michele gave me a recommendation based on my skin tone , the shape of my face etc.. I came out stunning. I decided to schedule my mom in ( who's elderly with dementia) they were amazing with her there. Michele was very attentive to my mom and made sure my mother was comfortable. She described what she was doing every step of the way to keep my mom engaged and keep her mind at ease. We as well asked for a recommendation as to hair cut style and color that best suited her and she now looks 10 yrs younger. I would recommend First Impression 1000%. Plus your helping local small business. Hope thus help some of you make a decision.
The owner is great n friendly, does great coloring n cuts my boys love the owner. Hope it stays open and the owner never leaves.
Awesome place & people. Michele has helped me with letting my grey grow. She highlighted my hair grey & blonde, people never noticed I was letting my grey grow. I have never had as much compliments on my hair until Michele.
Staff is very friendly. Beth cuts my wife's hair and my step-daughter's hair. They are always happy with the result.
