Ada Mart bus should wait 5 minutes to 10 minutes when the disabled are making bank transactions especially during the cold winters and the pandemic season. Since banks are not allowing anyone inside because of the coronavirus, the bus should wait for them, instead of letting them freeze in the cold.

Absolutely Irresponsible, they do not hold any of there sub contracts responsible very dangerous junk cars it’s the state? or federal? My guess is MART receive federal or state money or both, collect the checksnAnd then put the public and danger, Somehow they’re getting stickers on these cars? I could go on. The reason for this review is I hope someone “that writes the checks “ take notice and inspects these cars before someone dies.

First, I must make clear, IM TALKING ABOUT “THE OVER THE PHONE SERVICE” FOR MART & My INSURANCE PAID MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. Not the Main office in Fitchburg,Ma .. I've DEALT WITH MART FOR OVER 10 YEARS, AND THERE A PRETTY GOOD SINCE IVE Started DealingWITH THEM. THERE NOT PERFECT. but who is. they should pay more attention on the company's that are sub contracted.
