Very accessible right off highway right next to gas, food and stores
Typical no-frills Massdot park-and-ride lot. No restrooms; no vending machines. Just pavement and... pavement.
Its a parking lot. It used to have a nice onramp right after the tolls but now they want people to go onto the main road and merge and wait at a light. This adds another five minutes each day to an already long commute. This also forces people to use the bumpy access road.nnThey request that if you park here during a storm to try and leave the center area empty for plowing. Leave your vehicle against one of the ends if possible to facilitate plowing.nnThis is an easy park and ride to get to, located just off of Exit 10 of the Massachusetts Turnpike. The police do swing through and check on your vehicles. No one on my commuter van has had any issues with parking here in the 10+ years I have been using this lot.nnIt is pretty much a one way parking lot. The first opening to the road is the entrance and the far end is the exit. They do not mark these very well so sometimes you have people driving around the wrong way.
Great place to leave your car
Perfect for stretching the legs. But no bathrooms.
