More accurate rating would be -1. Unnecessarily stressful experience trying to pay my bill. Reps cannot take PMT's that aren't an e-check. If you do not have the invoice in front of you or lose it then you are screwed. The website will not let you pay without the invoice number. No way to find invoice number without PIN number. I do not remember the PIN number so back at square one and SOL. It's not anyone's fault that the service reps are not properly equipped to service customers during the pandemic - however the process of making payments should be reviewed because paying this bill took way longer and caused way more aggravation than it should have. The invoice number should not be required information.

I updated my account information in person at the Auburn EZ Pass customer center with Owen. I also asked Owen to test my transponder since it was old, and I was concerned the battery might start to fail - the battery was still good after 16 years! Owen was very pleasant to work with, and the whole transaction from start to finish took less than 5 minutes!nnThank you, Owen!

We kept getting bills for a plate belonging to a car we sold YEARS ago. The image of the vehicle had the same letters & numbers but in a DIFFERENT order. It was also a TRUCK and our vehicle was a 80's SPORTS CAR... We fought the bill and was told that the issue was resolved... until we started receiving MORE bills saying that it was going to go to COLLECTIONS... It took waiting on hold 30 minutes, 3 separate times before the person answering was smart enough to figure out that the original dispute never removed the bill processing fees... If I could give zero stars I would. You wasted hours of my life and I HAVE NEVER EVEN BEEN TO THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS.

Trying to pay an invoice....can’t pay over the phone because all the reps are WFH. Can’t use the automated phone payment system because it’s “unavailable.” Can’t use either the Pay by Plate website or the EZ pass website because both are down.nnYou’d think with the exorbitant fees EZ Pass charges they’d be able to keep a payment system available. And let’s not go into how inane the reps can be...some are helpful, some are awful. Would literally rather talk to myself. Yikes Massachusetts!

I should give them -1 if I could. They took $1,010 from my company account when the average use for last month was $414 and I still had more than a hundred positive in the ez pass account. I tried in the past to resolve issues over the phone and they have really bad customer service.
