So I came into this office to help out a client of mines with section 8 voucher. Some lady named Deborah from the minute I walked in treated me very unfair. She was absolutely unprofessional. She was staring at me with hate after 3 seconds of me walking into her office. As a professional you should never ever treat anyone the way that I was treated. I am actually still in shock. This was today at approximately 10:15am I think her last name was Knowels and she is in charge of section 8 vouchers, I was sent there by Charlton Housing Authority to speak to Barry regarding a client of mines in desperate need of Housing. I really hope someone sees this post. I was only doing my job. I do not know what is going on in her life, but from trainings and education I have learned you leave your personal problems at home, and work problems at work, people like her are dangerous to work environments and the people being served it is a shame that nobody will take action regarding this matter which I am certain it will keep happening. This lady should be ashamed of her behavior and should be ashamed to face her family and tell them how good of a job she did today. Thank You
