So I wanted to give this a lower score, but the day crew is usually very friendly and accommodating if there are children with you to provide a treat of a lollipop for behaving, sometimes they run out but generally within a couple weeks they get more. there are several things that could be address instantly and fixed but the culture is pretty laid-back which is also a plus for this location. In case of emergency and its 9:45 to 9:50 please don't show up here because whoever closes Monday to Thursday does not stay open until 10. Apparently their itinerary is more important than keeping the business making money. I hope the owner sees this and hires someone who is willing to stay open until 10. Just like every review this is one to which the circumstances needed addressing.
