Had my office floors and home floors done by Floor Source and they came out amazing! I receive so many compliments on them from guests/ customers. They have a great selection to choose from and their staff is great! Rob was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the styles I had in mind. Going back for round three soon once my 3 season is finished. Great company!!
The people at Floor Source provided a great experience. We worked mainly with Rob, but, like him, the others were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. No pressure tactics either. Rob answered lots of uncommon questions specific to our project and was happy to let us have multiple samples for as long as necessary. The discount was great too. We’ll happily return to Floor Source when we need flooring.
So far, I am very happy with Floor Source. I initially dealt with Tim who was quick to respond to my general inquiry and answer questions before scheduling a measure with Rob for two days later. From there, dealing with Rob was excellent. He came to measure the space, answered any questions regarding prep, install, product, and pricing, and was not pushy or overly sales-y like some others. The installation contractors were prompt each day and nice guys who appear to have done a good job installing the glue down vinyl planking. It was only installed a few days ago, so will revise the review if anything changes regarding the install or materials. Only minor negative is pricing is on the expensive side. However, with the way everything was handled, I was more comfortable and felt better paying more than using other vendors from whom I received lower quotes.
Great service high prices
Went to the other floor store in Auburn and ended up walking out due to service. Then went to Floor Source and wish I had gone there first. The service was fantastic (Rob was great!), they provided many flooring options after asking us questions about our needs in the home. Prices were reasonable and delivery of product was super fast! I'd recommend them for any flooring needs you may have!
