Auburn Primary Care and Aesthetics

I usually shy away from writing reviews, but I wanted to share my experience at Auburn Primary Care and Aesthetics. I decided to attend their Open House last month and was incredibly impressed with Dr. Davis and her staff. They were welcoming and knowledgeable in all aspects of care and Aesthetics. The office is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. I felt so relaxed while awaiting an appointment I had booked recently for my first session of Botox. Dr. Davis explained the procedure in depth before the Botox injections. It was a painless experience for me. By the next day , I could already see the extreme changes in my lines on my forehead. Two weeks post op I want to push my bangs to the side so everyone can see my fabulous results! If you are thinking of having this procedure , don’t procrastinate, you will feel like a million dollars. I feelnLike I’ve cut years off my face, and you will too!

Just went for my two week Botox follow up at Auburn Primary Care and Aesthetics and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This was my first time having this procedure done and I was nervous and had a lot of questions- the staff was so patient and kind, explained the procedure, made sure I was comfortable and had wonderful bedside manner.nThe office is clean and taking all necessary Covid precautions. I’m already planning my next procedure and can’t wait to try out some of the other services they offer!

I’ve had the same doctor since 17ish years old - she was ok, nothing special but was my family doctor and close to home. I moved to Massachusetts & switched insurance, and needed a new doctor. I stumbled upon Tammy Gardell, all I can say is WOW! Best doctor I’ve ever seen/had. One appointment with her was better than all my past appts combined Haha! Very nice woman, so thorough,listens, cares , EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and comfortable to be with. Could not be happier with my switch. There’s a reason they have 5 stars. I also have to compliment the girls up front. So pleasant and helpful. :-)

I got my first Hydrafacial today at Auburn Primary Care and Aesthetics, and it was unbelievable! Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The office was lovely, clean and beautifully decorated. It was great to have some time for myself to be pampered during these uncertain times! The staff made me feel completely safe With protocols in place regarding COVID precautions. My skin already looks and feels amazing- I was told I was glowing! I highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with Dr Gardell. I was worried to change my PCP because I have a rare blood disease called Granulamotis Polyaniitis with Vasculitis. I travel to Tufts and MGH in Boston several times a month for specialist appointments. My prior PCP never bothered to even get my medical records . I only saw him once via video on a tablet in his office. I was always dealing with rotating Physician Assistants that treated me poorly. They àlso never took the time to understand what I am dealing with. I finally was so hurt and disgusted by the treatment I was receiving. I knew I need to get out of this situation. I dealt with it because I didn't want all my records to get messed up because I go to so may different hospitals and specialists. I was so nervous things wouldnt stay in sync. .My insurance company helped me find Dr Gardell. She gave me a though exam head to toe . She has seen me multiple times in the last couple months. I came down with a pretty bad case of pneumonia. She ordered chest x-rays extensive lab work trying to find out why I was covered in bruises suddenly without any trauma as a culprit. I've never had any Dr including the dozen specialists I have be so kind and sincere about my situation. I have been dealing with serious back issues . It took me 4 months of suffering begging my last PCP just to get x-rays. Then took me another 6 after that in severe pain to get them to order an MRI. This certainly isnt the only serious issue I'm suffering from. Ive had 6 major surgeries in 3 years and more scheduled in December. The spine center at Tufts were going to try another treatment since the nerve oblation didn't work. They said I couldn't get in until November 20th. I have degenerative disc disease spondylitis root nerve damage , severe thoracic scoliosis herniated discs the list can go on and on. I'm in so much pain it hurts to walk stand sleep. I am a single 45 yr old mother of a 6yr old son. I got to take care of him and I just can't hide it from him anymore. He sees tears in my eyes all the time. I called her today left a message late in the day when I got the news. She called me after hours and immediately reassured me that she will take care of me. She is going to get me into a spine clinic asap to get some shots at least to help relieve some of my pain and not suffer. I couldn't be more grateful to have found her. She listens and genuinely cares and wants to help . I'm so grateful that I have finally found such a wonderful PCP like her to advocate for me. She gives me hope and that's something I haven't had in a very long time. I couldn't ask for a better PCP .
