This office is great!nHowever, there is one receptionist who is rude and gives incorrect information whenever I get her on a call, this could be dangerous bc she has given me incorrect info about my health on several occasions and she is also very rude.nAll the other receptionists are truly amazing and the doctors and nurses in this office are top notch. 98% of the time I have a wonderful experience with this office.n4 starts bc of the few times my wife and I have had to deal with the rude woman (I won’t mention her name).nTammy Vargas is a great doctor. I highly recommend her as a pcp.

terrible customer sercive. Spoke with someone over the phone to set up a new patient appointment only to have someone very unhelpful and rude.

The secretary was rude, they canceled my appointment and according to her they left a voice message but when I called to confirm they told me that everything was fine, they did not agree and then they want to make the appointment for you for 6 months after having waited 2 months. A real waste of time. I do not recommend this place ...
