Try speaking to a person by phone is a joke. After staying on hold and being passed around problem has not be taken care of. Is this how they work getting people to hang up and not getting answers
So grateful for Kim and all the associates at Bank Hometown. Their kindness and Customer service is above reproach. The changes have been positive for this branch over the last 6 months. Good to see.
Unacceptable. All online banking is not available. banks are closed. all the people who work there are enjoying their weekend while customers can't access their money. totally unacceptable. pulling my money out and taking it elsewhere Monday morning! never liked this poor excuse for a bank anyway.
Ridiculous fees. Poor communication of changes to account.
Worst bank branch ever. They care nothing about their customers and will lie and mislead you into opening an account.
