This was my first time going to Golden nails and the service was amazing. The people are very nice and efficient, the place is clean and sanitary. I got the organic pedicure for $45 which is a reasonable price and it was honestly the best pedicure i have had in a long time. The older women who did it was very thorough and it didn't feel rushed at all which is great since people get pedicures to feel relaxed and pampered. Honestly i would love to give a five star review but had to take a star away due to their “add on prices”. I was charged the cost of the pedicure plus an additional $18 for gel Polish! Im aware there is always an up charge for gel polish but $18 is up-surd! I have worked in the nail industry for quite a while and actually purchase and own quite a bit of gel polish and i have never charged $18 for gel polish. I also overheard another client get told it was and additional $10 for them to do coffin shaped nails which is mind blowing to me. Overall if you are not bothered by price gouging and insane add on costs i would say this is a great place to go but if you dont want pay $64 for a $45 pedicure with some gel polish i would say find somewhere else to go!
Best place to get your nails done will go every time. Very professional and clean. The nails look amazing also i called at 6 and arrived at 615pm and they took me in even tho it was almost closing time im so thankful. If you get your nails done go here and you will be happy!!
Jordan was my nail tech and this was my very first appointment at this nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised by being given my own personal kit for a small charge of $1 all bagged in its own personal Ziploc. There was a color differentiation in the color I picked. Once it was noticed I picked a different color and the incorrect color was removed and the color I re selected was applied with absolutely no problem whatsoever. The people here are kind and the salon is immaculate. They take great care of you and they sanitize between each and every single customer. I have visited many salons in many towns and this is the first one that has given me my own personal little kit to bring back with me at each and every appointment to ensure there is no cross-contamination between me and any other person when my nails are being cared for. I will definitely be coming back. Absolutely fantastic service at very affordable prices
The gentleman John was superb! There was an employee who was a little impatient when wanting the color chart. They were clean, pleasant and attentive. See you there!
I was so happy, as I usually am!!nThey took the time to pay attention to detail! I told hi. How I have my own jewelry business and I do live shows and people see my hands a lot and he just did an impeccable job! I have been coming here off and on for years and I am always so happy! Sadly they are hidden down by Macy’s which is gone now so don’t forget to look for them! They are there still!! They are super clean. You get your own bag with your file and buffer you take with you and bring again next time. They were soooo tentative to my newly diagnosed (autistic) son(got him a chair because he NEEDED to sit next to me). They were very helpful with everything super professional and friendly! Definitely going back for my fills regularly now! He also FREEHANDED my French manicure!! He is so talented they all are!!
