I went to this practice for 2 years. At first I thought maybe this was the norm to pediatric care. Once we moved, my eyes were open wide. First, I found out my son received a vaccination at 6 months that he was supposed to receive at 4 years(he is still only 3), my daughter who received an autism diagnosis(a severe low function diagnosis) was continuously dismissed by the team of doctors. I brought up her non verbal issue at age 2.5, her not crawling, not walking, her not making eye contact etc only to be swatted away like a mosquito. At one point I asked- can’t she received a referral for speech? This was met with “oh yeah of course”(never received one). Thankfully, my current pediatrician not only saw the issues immediately when we moved, but pushed to have the testing done as promptly as possible. These issues are on top of the fact that I would wait over 2 hours to see the doctor. They would bring us in promptly and then keep you in an exam room for hours (I had 3 kids, one autistic). The pediatrician in the hospital warned me when I gave birth to my daughter that this was the case at this practice: I should have heed his warning. To add salt to a very open wound and add fuel to a much angry fire, I receive a call from DCF stating I was reported for NEGLIGENCE when I cancelled my kid’s appointments due to 1. Having the flu and the 2nd time due to moving out of state. You can imagine my surprise when I receive a call while In our vacation rental on the Cape waiting to close on our new home in NH that the practice called to report that my daughter was behind on vaccinations-vaccinations that I had the right To withhold if I chose (I’m pro vax but making a point). The DCF worker thought all of my kids were behind then realized it was just one kid and it was due to our move(a new appt was already made). It’s shocking they would call over negligence when they were negligent over and over with my kids’ care.

All of my children see dr.osterov. Not only is she nice but she is a very smart doctor who knows what she is doing. I brought one of my children infront of THREE doctors for something and they were all wrong. Dr.Osterov looked at her and knew what it was immediately and now my child is doing much better.

My four children have been with this practice and/or doctors from this practice for 15 years. Staff is pleasant professional and helpful. My 2 grandchildren are also patients here.

Dr Hannigan is very nice but she is not informed on intact care and will try to retract which is no longer the recommendation by AAP and can cause damage.nThe np Kathleen Telepciak there is horrible and I don’t know why she hasn’t been fired. She makes children uncomfortable, is very unknowledgeable to the point it’s hard to believe she even has a degree. I finally had to leave the practice because she was so incompetent.
