Have to call a minimum of 10 times to get through, they never return messages. They have had my first set of labs for 4 months and the second for 5 weeks. Keep getting pushed off “oh I will have the doctor review them and get back to you by Friday” three weeks in a row, same line. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of transparency and level of care. Unfortunately my choices are go here or drive over an hour to get care. Photo is of 16 calls I made in one day to get through over 4-5 hours.
