I cancelled a recent appointment due to my wife's medical emergency. When I was able to reschedule I called and spoke to a scheduler who set an appointment for today at their West Warwick office. I wrote the information into my paper calendar as we were speaking and also immediately entered it into my iPhone. When I arrived for my appointment today I was told that I did not have one scheduled in West Warwick but did have one on the books for later this month at another office. I was upset by this and was told that I could sit and wait in case something opened up sometime today. Unacceptable. I can't comment on the doctor because I did not see one but I have to believe that anyone who tolerates such a shoddy practice is probably a shoddy doctor.

Worst Customer service ever! I traveled from Charlestown to Cranston in today's snow storm after being told that they were not cancelling appointments due to the weather. I was 20 minutes late due to the horrible travel conditions, when I received a phone call while right down the street from the office telling me to not come in because I am late. Really ? Let me ask Dr Cambio if his patients get to cancel him when they wait 20 minutes in the waiting room to be examined. Oh, and this appointment today was rescheduled from my original appointment that his office canceled on me in January. What a terrible way to run a business. This is one office I will not be returning to. My take in case you read this Dr. Cambio, your office staff wanted to go home early because of the weather....ironic huh?
