Dr. David J. Ward & Dr. Samantha Ward

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated by Dr. Ward's office staff. I truly think very highly of Dr. Ward, but I received a letter stating that I was no longer welcome as a patient because I had to reschedule my appointment again. I still have to pay for an office visit which I understand, but I myself as an essential employee and got called to an emergency that took all day to finish. I called at 9 that morning to notify them that I was not going to be able to come to my appointment. I was told they would call me back. I explained i could do an early appointment to avoid another reschedule and I would use a personal day, instead I received this nice letter. Needless to say, my crown is still off with no where to go. I'm sorry, but the well being of my company's customers come first and especially if I want to still be employed. Nice to know that the office staff doesn't feel the same way. I will be looking for another place to go. It's a shame, because like I said, I think very highly of Dr. Ward. The office staff has changed over the years, and I'm sorry to say not for the better. I can't imagine treating one of my customers this way. I'm not sorry that I put my family and customers before myself. So, I am still in a position where my dental work isn't resolved and having to look for another Dentist. In the past, Dr. Ward would find a way to get me in for an emergency such as this. I wish nothing but the best for Dr. Ward. I wish his office staff had his compassion.

I have been going to Dr ward for years. For travel convenience I went to another dentist in providence because it was less of a travel for me since I live in providence. Big mistake. My dental care was sub standard to say the least. I went back to Dr ward and will never go anywhere else. His daughter samantha is there now there and I had her today to repair a crown. The apple doesnt fall far from the tree. She knows her stuff and has a great personality. If your looking for top notch dental care, look no further. They are hi-tech and well equipped for the corona virus. Kudos to all of the employees there. They are all nice and know their jobs.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ward since he took over Dr. Picards practice. I loved Dr. Picard with his gentle caring ways and hoped Dr. Ward would be like that. Well, he was and is. I’ve had two crowns done by Dr. Ward with no problems. I just had some front teeth repair done by Dr. Sam and my experience was great. She is so nice and gentle like her dad, and concerned for me the whole time. My husband and adult daughters and their families all go. I’ve suggested this office to family and friends and many are now patients and all very satisfied. Highly recommend

The entire visit from the first to last step out of the front door was a genuine delight. Reception was extremely friendly, flexible and helpful. I was assisted in filling out my first time patient paperwork offered refreshments and worked with as far as cost, what was covered and quick availability for follow up/procedural appointments. Rita the dental hygienist was incredibly sweet, caring and intelligent. Very knowledgeable, she was able to explain any question thrown at her as well as each step along the way as she effortlessly glided through the state of the art equipment performing my comprehensive oral exam. Doctor ward is an absolute gem. A talented, ridiculously bright wealth of knowledge and genuinely good hearted man who cares and has a passion for his patients. Having my teeth cared for by this incredible team was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

If you have a phobia of the dentist and/or anxiety this is the place for you. The staff are so kind and caring and Dr.Sam is absolutely compassionate and understanding. The place is immaculate and beautiful. They really care about their patients. The work Dr.Sam did is beautiful and i never thought I'd say i look forward to going back and finishing up everything i need done.
