Debbie is the best .I have had her for as long as she's been in business.she takes good care of me.

About 7 years ago I changed insurance companies. Once I changed about a month in they cancelled my house insurance because I didn't live there. A friend referred me to Deb. After speaking to her she told me what they needed to do to get my house insured. I decided to switch to Deb instead cause if they can't figure out what to do what else are they dropping the ball on. She has been with out a doubt the best agent I've ever dealt with.

I have been with Deb since I got my license (12 years). She is by far the best Insurance Agent. She is extremely helpful and will work to find you the best coverage for your money. I am far from having a perfect driving record so Deb hooked me up with insurance that provides accident forgiveness, meaning if you get into an accident or get a traffic violation your insurance premium will not go up. This has been a blessing for me. I have gotten quotes from numerous other insurance company's, and they have all been $800-$1000 more a year.nSaving money is not the only reason I choose to stay with Deb. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and works hard to provide amazing customer service that you will not find anywhere else.nI originally lived in Middleboro, but have since moved numerous times all over Massachusetts, and continue to use Deb as an insurance agent.nNeedless to say, Deb is a fantastic Insurance Agent and I will be a loyal customer until I lose my license for reckless driving ... LOL!!!

First let me say I have never met Deb Sylvia personally. All my business with has been over the phone, fax and email. Yes, this is because she made dealing with her company that convenient. If your looking for a trustworthy, reliable insurance company that will go beyond regular service then look no further. I can't say enough about Deb Sylvia. I called her as she was leaving for the day and needed her to execute an RMV-1 form and she called her office and got done. It didn't end there, I then called her back to let her know the Car Dealership made an error and we needed to repeat the process. She made sure it was done and faxed in time for me to drive an AWD vehicle off the lot hours before I had to drive through a snow storm to report to my job (emergency medical personnel). Also, I saved a ton of money on all my policies after leaving a company I was with for 25 years. This review is written purely on my consumer experience.
