Had a great experience all around at Fixxed. I've been rehabbing my shoulder after surgery, so I'm still limited in mobility and proper muscle recruitment. Ariel assessed me, and recommended the dry needling. While I was a little nervous to try it at first, I'm definitely glad I did. Immediately after, I had much better strength and mobility, and the next day showed even more improvement. Ariel also gave me some stretches and exercises to do on my own. I will definitely be back as I continue to rehab my shoulder.

I have been wanting to try cupping for years but couldn’t find a place that does it. I’ve been in physical therapy for 6+ years for back injuries and have had 2 back surgeries. I was able to book same day (amazing) and Ariel walked me through every step. I can not believe how much better I felt after just 8-10 minutes of the cups being on! I gained more range of motion and felt instant relief in my back and neck. I think I’m hooked!

What a great experience. Ariel is so welcoming and knowledgeable. She explained everything about the service I booked, performed an initial assessment and then got to work dry needling. I’ve been dreaming of a service that would target trigger points in this way forever! And I’m so glad I found it at FIXXED. I already booked my next session and I can’t wait to go back for more. Quick in and out and yet felt like a 90 minute massage! Do yourself a favor and book your fix!

I received two dry needling treatments and they are literally an instant fix! I was assessed before and after the treatment and my flexibility and strength improved tremendously. I was sore after the treatment but was fine the day after. They do offer packages and I bough a pack of 10...so yes go on and book the appointment! I would highly recommend!

Amazing! This was my first cupping experience and it won't be my last! Ariel is so knowledgable and explained the process and benefits of cupping so easily. She gave me tips for stretching my targeted areas which I appreciate, and followed up the next day to see how I was feeling. I am so happy Ariel and Elise opened up a concept like this in the area! Its super clean, everyone is super friendly, and super easy to book! You will not be disappointed with any of the options they have.
