I’m no runner but a former college basketball player and I’ve been personal training with Gabby on and off for a few years. She has kept me feeling strong and in the best shape of my life (better than my playing days!). She keeps our workouts fun, fresh and challenging and keeps me injury free, something that hasn’t always been the case. A trainer that can also be your personal PT? I would never go back to anything else!

I've done strengthening exercises for runners before but working with Gabby took my training to the next level. Gabby gave me a detailed analysis of my form and helped recommend the best shoes. Thanks to her coaching and recommendations to improve my stride I have been running pain free for weeks! I highly recommend having your form evaluated by Gabby BEFORE an injury sets you back.

HIGHLY recommend! Gabby taught me so much about my running form that would have gone uncorrected and resulted in numerous injuries if unaddressed. Take it from me, even if you aren't experiencing pain today, it is worth meeting with Gabby before pain sets in. Can't wait to get back for my next session!
