8UP Elevated Drinkery & Kitchen

I had to post this review while it was still fresh. I submitted a reservation via OpenTable. In the section specifically for preferences and requests, I requested patio seating and made known that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. It was clear that there was no acknowledgement of our preferences or acknowledgement of occasion.nOnce we arrived we were seated very close to our reservation time. We were seated at the smallest table available that was very unstable and was Barely on the patio. I had in my mind that I would spend about $200 there, no limits for her birthday. This presentation was unacceptable for an upscale dining experience. We could have chosen anywhere else to celebrate. We asked for a different table inside and was accommodated. When we began to order, we chose the menu item Of the Tomahawk steak family meal. We had already ordered our cocktails and appetizers, but was told to wait so that they can check on if they were doing any of the family style meals that night. They were not doing any of that on top of a very limited menu. So we ate $100 worth of finger food (tacos,burger, flat bread) for what we thought would be an upscale dining experience.nOur waiter also was preoccupied with other tables and we felt the neglect.nHope this helps someone else.

Awesome new menu! Highly reconfirm just date or happy hour with friends.nnIf you like to be outside they have a heated igloo! Go through the hotel lobby and to the elevators, top floor.nnVery classy.nnRandom but loved the bathrooms!

Fantastic lounge. Located on the 7th floor of the Hilton Garden Inn....very nicely furnished modern bar. The indoor seating is super nice and the outdoor bar has nice views, with comfy heated igloos.nnThe Chicken sliders and fries were amazing and the cocktails ud83cudf79 were superb. A must visit place while on your bourbon trail. They have a wall of bourbon ud83eudd43 bottles nicely displayed.

It was an adventure. The igloos were interesting. We had to change igloos several times before we could find one with heat and comfortable seating AND a zipper that worked because it was ccccold and windy outside.nThe service was great once the staff got their act together. The food was AMAZING! Absolutely amazing. The presentation of the food was amazing.
