Louisville Dermatology

We had a very positive visit at this location. As soon as we arrived we called and someone came out to check our temperatures and then guided us into our room. The assistant was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We only had to wait a few minutes for the doctor to come in. She was very attentive to my daughter’s needs and helped her get the proper treatment she needed for her condition. The prescription was called in right away and was ready when we picked it up. Very pleased with our visit here.

I love the beautiful office in Middletown but apparently this is their satellite clinic and much easier to get into. I was able to get in within a couple of days. I saw the NP Stephanie Paul, she was so sweet and really took her time with me. Thanks for a great experience.

Hard to reach anyone by phone. If you leave a message, you get a return call about 20% of the time. The office takes about 4-5 days to follow-up with insurance requests, and often do not follow-up with the patient until you contact them. Very unorganized, and rude staff.

Lake Pointe location is much nicer. Had to wait an hour past my appt time to be seen.
