Stopped in to purchase simple replacement parts for my security doors. The person I spoke with couldn't help and the person I was told could help was away.
I had the pleasure of working with the employees of Iron Crafters on November, 2018 when they installed eight shutters and two security doors at my home. Kim was nice to work with. She was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. The gentleman who installed the shutters was nice and the guy who installed the doors were also very nice. The work was completed before Christmas which was ahead of schedule. The doors and shutters look great and I am very pleased with the outcome.
Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Iron Crafters, especially with Kim. She has a real understanding of customer interaction and communication and went out of her way to see that my wife and I were pleased with our new steel front door and Provia window replacements. They also did a great job with iron rail installation on my parent's house. I've even recommended their company to several friends.
Iron Crafters has helped us with multiple projects over the years. Installation of a rod iron fence, full installation of new windows for the entire house, and beautiful storm doors. They have been professional and accommodating - both with their sales and installation staff. I would highly recommend them. We are looking at adding step railings next and will call them for sure. They have been great to work with and have added value and beauty to our house.
Best front door and railing install anyone could ask for. Top notch company.
