A charming coffee & pastry store with amazing views. I had coffee & sausage patties. Which were excellent. The pastries looked delicious. One thing I really liked was how genuinely enthusiastic the lady at the counter was. It's nice to be greeted like that. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I love this coffee shop! The workers are so friendly and wonderful; I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them through my visits here. The coffee is great, and the lunch and baked goods are absolutely delicious! I tried some of their daily specials, and DANG. I always loved their soups!! Seriously so good! They also sell loaves of bread they make themselves, which I thought was really cool! I was able to sample their white chocolate bread and it was deliciousud83dude01nnAlso, they have lavender syrup, which is one of my favorites in my coffee! I’ve visited a few places in Southeast that don’t have it quite yet. They also have WiFi, which is nice because I didn’t have that where I had been staying.nnEvery time I have visited, the atmosphere in Sweet Mermaids is always really pleasant and nice, and it always smells great because of all of the baking and cooking going on! I am already looking forward to the next time I pull through Ketchikan and get to visit this place again!

Love their breakfast options and coffee! My husband and I try to go there every Saturday! He loves their breakfast sandwiches with their homemade English Muffin Bread. I love their Breakfast Scramble with salsa and sour cream! Our favorite weekly treat!

The staff are so friendly. The portions are generous and the food is so tasty! I'll definitely be back every time I visit Ketchikan.

A hidden gem! Will be returning at least weekly for pastries. Even if I have to buy new pants...worth it!
