Do not go to this clinic, how convenient you can schedule online and it’s in-town. What you are walking into is a poor run clinic where you’ll end up meeting with only a nurse. My experience, I asked for help with depression, anxiety, insomnia, and general “let’s figure out what’s going on.” - what I got was a great student intake (seriously felt heard and not judged), what it ended with was the registered nurse telling me they were only going to treat one of the things I went in for and that I needed to see a psychiatrist to move forward and that they would check back in4 weeks to see if I actually did it, cause “if you actually follow up then they will deal with what you need.” It’s now ended in 4 days of me asking for mental health (calling 3 times for medication) and silence. I’m reporting this clinic to WA health boards - the interaction I had with the nurse practitioner was unacceptable, if I was further along in in my mental issues I would of progressed negatively. She should not be allowed to see a patient and please do not put yourself or your family members in their care.

Seems like a great idea to have a doctor's office just a few blocks from my home but they cannot get their act together on any level. Horrible service. If you call them when the office is closed, you'll get a recording saying that their mailbox is full as if they are some dude who doesn't listen to their messages. Cannot figure out how to fill a prescription. I went in 2 weeks ago and cannot get a topical cream prescription filled to save my life. Two different pharmacies tried to contact them with no response. Not going back. I called them twice about this issue and they told me they had not received any information from the pharmacies. Just a bunch of clowns.

They seem nice, but, never get prescriptions to the pharmacy in an orderly fashion. They are also allow to respond for refills on diabetic medication and mental health prescriptions.nSssssssllllllllloooooooowwwwww been calling and calling with no answer would give them a negative start rating, but this was as low as it goes.

Great staff and everything but when you try to call them, it takes an act of Congress to get ahold of someone. It seriously pisses me off. I've been trying to get ahold of them all day.

Don’t know what’s up with the new staff but the severely overweight woman (purely used to describe her) in the front office has an attitude problem. She is rude to patients, scowls at patients, ignores patients, and blatantly makes fun of another gal in the office in front of patients in the lobby.nnShe got upset today with my mother because she was asked to call a prescription in instead of faxing because Copes didn’t receive it. I work in an office and we definitely don’t treat anyone this way.nnNo one should ever be made to feel awful about themselves by office staff anywhere. The sheer lack of professionalism is astounding. She needs to be let go. I’m surprised there aren’t more complaints on here.
