I was honestly disappointed. Within the first minute of looking at a car, the guy washing the cars glared, whistled, and motioned me to move out of the way so he could finish washing. There was no verbal communication whatsoever. Rather the car wash guy was affiliated with BMW of Pleasant Grove or not, that’s not the type of experience a first time potential customer should receive. As a first impression that was enough to make me want to leave, but I figured I’d at least check out the rest of the cars, and maybe a salesperson would help me with some of the cars I was interested in. There was a great selection! I walked up and down the lot for over 20 minutes, looked at every single car, and no one came to talk to me. I could see employees walking in and out of the front entrance, but no one seemed to pay any attention to me. Never have I been completely ignored at a dealership before, even during this pandemic. I was disappointed because I was hoping to finance a CPO BMW. I actually wanted a salesperson to speak with me. I wanted to learn more about the car features, pricing, and financing options. However, with the car wash guy angrily whistling me out of the way, and being ignored by the salespeople, I left. I am hesitant to come back. I felt like the unwelcomed guest to as they call it, “the family approach to business.” I’m sad because I’ve seen such great reviews here, and I assumed I’d have the same experience on my first visit. I’ve been working in a rural area of Utah, and saved up for a significant down payment. I’ve been looking forward to taking my first trip to BMW of Pleasant Grove for over six months. My experience with this dealer makes me wonder if the “ultimate driving machine” is worth the inattention and arrogance of what I experienced.

This place was great! While we didn't end up buying a vehicle (yet), the customer service was fantastic. In particular, we worked with Travis and Chris, who were incredibly accommodating and helpful! They took the time to answer all our questions and were even super patient with our kids. It was a great experience overall!

After a long day of car shopping I ended up at BMW of Pleasant Grove. I was far from home, tired, and probably a bit crabby. Jacob and team were excellent. They stayed late to work through complicated arrangement. They answered all my questions honestly and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Thank you!

If I could give a better rating I would! I am so thankful and pleased with the customer service I received from Nate in the service department. My car broke down in Moab, Utah. I had to have it transported to the dealership. Nate was extremely helpful, professional, kind and sweet! This was a very stressful time for me, and he kept me fully informed through every step of the process. He took extra precaution to make sure my car was safe for my destination back to Portland, Oregon.

Very nice customer service........ After 2 years that I posted my review, I can still saying they have a very nice customer service @ service department but they are not good doing diagnostics..... They made me pay twice for the same CEL code....... I had to change the NOX sensor and after that I still had the same code..... Then they charge me again for the same code and now I have to replace the O2 sensor.......
