Crazy Mountain Museum

Lovely little museum with a lot of great stories. Volunteers were very nice and welcoming. Great place to spend a couple of hours if you're in the area.

This is an awesome, beautiful little museum honoring Big Timber and it's inhabitants. They have a miniature model of big Timber which is worth seeing all by itself. They also have the names of Big Timber veterans on the wall and a beautiful bench in front honoring a deceased Big Timber doctor and his wife. The staff is very kind and it is definitely worth a visit.

We recently decided to take a vacation in Montana. When we got to the cabin we rented it seemed that one of the best place to visit was here and it was right. A lot of people said that they enjoyed the experience and we can only add to the positive comments. Not only do they give you a fun experience, but they also show you all the other things you can do around the area while you are here. I say if you are looking for fun things to do while you're here this is definitely something you should do on your trip. 5 Stars

This is gem in BignTimber. There are wonderful displays, the workers are super nice and the outside is amazing, too.

A great off the highway museum of local history. Staff are pleasant and well informed. Museum layout covers transportation, clothing, journalism, and buildings from the past. There is a lovely well manicured graveyard that I highly suggest a visit to.
