Element Physical Therapy

I would not recommend this business if you are looking for any kind of reasonable customer assistance. The therapist did resolve my husband's vertigo issue. However his employer required followup reports and releases that needed to be sent to them in order for him to return to work. Element failed to send releases in a timely manner, and then sent said release that was incomplete and thus rejected. When this issue was brought up to the business owner, Amy Downing, she asked my husband how to complete the form, then forgot to sign it before sending it in. When my husband, who was very frustrated with Ms. Downing's service and attitude called her on it, she signed the form and after he left the office. rescinded her release and faxed it to his employer. This cost him his ability to return to work.

My daughter was in a severe accident and was seen there for her PT and they did and excellent job with I recommended them for all PT!

I went to Element PT after sustaining a closed head injury that was not healing properly. I loved my physical therapist Kristen, though she is no longer at Element. She helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I felt like she did care about me and wanted to help me get better. However, I ended up having to come back a second time for therapy and was not treated very kindly. The person in charge of billing showed actual irritation and frustration with me that she was having trouble billing insurance. She yelled my personal insurance information across the lobby and made me feel like I was unwelcome. For someone struggling with brain injury it made everything more difficult. It came to the point where I felt they were not interested in helping me and I became discouraged and quit going. All I needed was their expertise and encouragement and I did not get either the second time around. When I saw their commercial recently, my heart broke. I saw all of these wonderful and comprehensive concussion therapies and tools they supposedly use but none were offered or used to treat my PCS. I am so upset that they had the ability to help me in a more thorough and comprehensive way but didn't. I am upset that I didn't get the care they purport to give that I desperately needed. To this day I still need therapy but feel too discouraged to go through an experience like this again. Element forever changed my outlook on care and has made me more cautious and discerning about what kind of care I reach out for.

They have great staff and physical therapy.

I've been going to Element Physical Therapy to recover from a traumatic brain injury. Their entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. They used very modern equipment to help diagnose and develop a treatment plan for me, and I enjoy doing the exercises my therapist has taught me. I highly recommend this place!
