1 year and 2 months ago my body launch a full blown assault on itself. I could barely walk. My doctors were talking infusions for my Sjogrens and shots in my spine. It was a long recovery. I have avoided the traditional medical route which I'm very thankful I did. I have an amazing physical therapy crew at Eastside Physical Therapy that have used primarily myofascial release. This got me walking again. I've tried sports medicine pt but never had really good results. Myofascial release is a game changer.nI've been able to do some really amazing outdoor activities this summer! It feels spectacular to reclaim my life.
