Doctor Wagner was an awesome surgeon! I would rate him more than 5 stars if I could. I was seen for a consultation and surgery was performed 4 days after pending a negative COVID-19 test. His team got me in for a COVID test minutes after my consultation. Called and had surgery team ready to star surgery 2 hours before scheduled time and I was walking out of the clinic 15 minutes after my surgery was supposed to start. His team was very helpful in getting all the paperwork my employer need promptly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs Gulbladder surgery. Told me it wold feel like I did 1000’s of sit-ups and I was able to report on my follow up that this did not occur in my case just some discomfort slowed motion following. A+ Team!

Dr. Waggener was so good in explaining what procedure Norm had done and what procedure he will have done next week. He drew out a picture of organs involved with this and what was done a couple weeks ago. Plus what will be done Monday. By drawing this out we were more aware of what's going on. He was very caring, concerned, down to earth person. We are pleased with him.

My appointment was on time. Dr Waggenner was very thorough and very easy to talk to. He never hurried me.

I saw a woman DR replacement. He was NOT in the office. Great care from her. My problem was resolved today. Folliw up visit next week.
