I really appreciated the sit down after the appointment to discuss future costs of treatment. It was very well done, no pressure, and I left feeling like there was no need to stress because there was no guessing as to what pricing would be. Straightforward and honest. I really loved that part. In addition, both the technician and the Doc were very clear in their communication and extremely polite in their actions. I also hadn't been to a dentist in 5 years and expected some shaming for that. I received none, they made me feel at ease. By far the best experience I've had at a dental office and they've definitely earned my future business.

I have always had great dental care here but unfortunately, the administrative staff has had multiple issues billing me in a correct and timely manner.nnUpdate: I previously left a low rating for this office as I tried multiple times to resolve the billing issues with the office manager with no success. After posting this review Dr. Duke personally reached out to resolve the issue and in the end he did just that. His professionalism is greatly appreciated!

Let me start out by saying I have pretty extreme dental phobia. I had a dental emergency and Bitterroot Dental was able to see me same day for an evaluate and fix the issue the next day. Throughout the process the staff was kind, gentle and extremely understanding of my fears. Dr. Duke is one of the kindest dentists I've ever met and I've recommended Bitterroot Dental to any and all of my friends with similar fears to mine. I cannot recommend them more.

Everyone at Dr. Duke's office is amazing! Ashland greats you at the front desk with a huge smile and professional attitude. The hygienist is the best in the business and Dr. Duke is quick and painless with his procedures (a few laser fillings for me). My kids love going to get their teeth cleaned...well who doesn't:)

As someone who normally hates the dentist, I have never been to an office that makes their patients feel so looked after and cared for. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and the front staff is unbelievably helpful and kind. They worked with me to not only clean my teeth, but to set me up for long-term care and advice on financial assistance. I genuinely refer people here all the time, Dr. Duke is amazing and both you and your teeth are in great hands. Awesome!!!
