WoW my daughter had to take her 5 year old child inn to ER/urgent care. The staff was good. Dr council seemed to be in a hurry. My granddaughter had/has croup. Dr council made us feel like we were waisting his time. Had to go back to urgent care today and had a different dr. Come to find out she not only has croup but bronchitis & strep throat. Needless to say this SHOULD have been caught the first trip to drs. It was late at night. The staff openly apologized for the rude temper of DR. COUNCIL. however the staff should NOT have to tell patients that the dr is just rude ... that’s just his personality is what they said. I’m irrkked and frustrated that drs like this are not taking there oath serious. Just saying this is a child that could hardly breath. She was given a steroid shot. However the dr was/is very dismissive, rude, no bedside manner. Sorry to have to post this. As I mentioned the staff apologized for his rudeness. There excuse for DR COUNCIL is “ that’s just the way he is” not ok.

Dr. Council has a terrible bedside manner, but is the best doctor in Sidney MT. He's the one that people go to when they have a serious concern.
