Lookout Credit Union

I spoke a guy on the phone regarding getting my card on priority mail & it turn out to be they mailed it as normal. They used to have a good customer service but I don't see that anymore. If you leave Pocatello I highly recommend getting a local bank right away else you will get a lay back response.

ISU Credit union was excellent. Lookout credit union has been terrible. I’m not sure how a name change could affect service so badly but it has. I spoke with a lady on the phone regarding some questions I had with my account and I was frankly not impressed with how she handled and addressed my concerns as a client.

The refinance process was a nightmare.nNo communication, no updates during the process! At one point I was told they had never even talked to me, even though we had talked twice at that point. When I asked what was taking so long I got the sigh on the phone along with an explanation about how their staff was out didn't the holiday season.nOther experiences/lenders with refinancing, they asked me a preference for title closing company. With ISU I was told they rotate it amongst title companies.nnA disappointing experience.

We moved here years ago not knowing anyone and having not the best credit in the world. They helped us to get back on our feet and treated us very well. I have no complaints whatsoever and will not go anywhere else.

If you’re into credit unions that don’t reply to you while you’re going through a mortgage process with them, or don’t return your messages when applying for a loan, then this is the place for you! Stay clear. They have better things to do than treat their customers well.
